Why is my account locked

We are very cautious when it comes to members' security and identity theft.

If there is a login attempt to any account from more than 3 different IP addresses in a 24 hour period, the account gets locked temporarily. It will be unlocked automatically after a cooldown period.

Even if you are connected to the same internet connection, your IP address could change frequently and often you cannot notice this change. This is done from your ISP. The site has the security feature that would block when this happens.
